Our Retatrutide with carnitine program starts with a $99 telehealth consult, that includes your medical history and any prior weight loss programs. During this call we screen for any contraindication and review how Retatrutide with carnitine works. Mobile Care Health requires labs in the last 6 months before starting. 

After the call you can purchase Retatrutide with carnitine. Your first order includes injection supplies. Your order is compounded just for you, which can take 1-3 weeks. We ship directly to your doorstep, and when your order arrives, we have a videos for injection training. 

It may sound to good to be true, but we want to work with you to meet your goals! Other places place you on a standard protocol, with regular increases in your dosage. We do not follow a dosing protocol. We check with you every week through a survey, and monthly telehealth. We want you to know your side effects, how much weight you’ve lost, and your weight loss goals going forward. Then we, both provider and patient, make the right decision about changing your dosage. 

No. Retatrutide with carnitine are for patients who need to lose > 20lbs. 

Yes. Patients must be under age 65 and not have any of the following conditions:

  • Atrial Fibrillation (AF/PAF)
  • Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
  • Heart Arrhythmia 

Yes. Patients must be 18 years of age or over and under 65 for retatrutide with carnitine. 

Yes. You will need to speak with your provider prior to switching medications. Please book a follow up phone call in the patient portal.  

Nope! We meet for a  virtually consultation, ensure that retatrutide with carnitine treatment is safe for you, write the prescription, and have your order of compounded retatrutide with carnitine shipped to your door. 

Yes! One of the many advantages of having a vial is dosing based on your needs.

Nope! We charge by the vial of retatrutide with carnitine. The charge includes all of you telehealth visits, compounded medication, supplies and injection training. You can sign up for a 6 or 8 week interval subscription, however this is not required.

Mobile Care Health does not charge monthly fees for Retatrutide with carnitine. The cost is per vial.

Yes we do! We can also provide a super bill (its not super!) for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance. 

Mobile Care, LLC offers goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition. Peptide formulations are made for each individual patient. Once an order for peptides has been submitted and sent for compounding no refunds are available.

Yes, but don’t worry we will teach you how to do this through video training. Retatrutide with carnitine is a once a week subcutaneous injection.

We require standard labs before starting medication. If you have completed these in the last 6 months you can upload them to the patient portal. You may complete these before or after your consultation. Mobile Care Health allows for you to complete these labs at a LabCorp location or you may complete them with your primary care provider. These include:

  • CBC – Completed Blood Cell Count

  • CMP – Complete Metabolic Panel

  • Fasting Lipid Panel

  • Thyroid Panel

  • Hemoglobin A1C

Mobile Care Health requires labs every 4 months. Patients on maintenance dosing are required to a visit and labs every 6 months. 

Nausea is the most common side effect of retatrutide with carnitine. We start everyone off at a low dose and increase as you tolerate the medicine. We work on your schedule instead of a protocol. We also provide you with nausea medication in your peptide kit.

We offer telehealth appointments until 10pm MT at night and on weekends. Crazy right? Its as if people are busy during the day or they work nights and need their provider to understand their schedule.🤔

Jacqueline Carbone

Jacqueline Carbone is a highly experienced nurse practitioner that specializes in providing her clients with holistic, evidenced based, compassionate care. She specializes in Mental health, ketamine assisted therapy and Migraines. She is board certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Dr. Michael McGurren

Dr Michael McGurren was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Creighton University Medical School, and was the Chief Resident followed at Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and provides medical direction, as well as urgent care services for Mobile Care Health. In his free time he can be found sailing around the world, with a captains license and over 2500 nautical miles sailed. On shore he enjoys traveling with wife and pup Kylo in custom campervan.
