Semaglutide FAQs

Semaglutide with Glycine + B12 for Weight Management

In March of 2021, a study was published describing the weight loss benefits of semaglutide. Participants in the study lost on average 15-20% of their body weight.

It is currently sold under the brand names Wegovy and Ozempic, however, branded semaglutide can be expensive, unavailable, or unable to be covered by insurance. Semaglutide, the active ingredient, with Glycine + B12 is compounded at a fraction of the cost and offers many of the same weight loss benefit.

Key Benefits

  • Participants in the study lost on average 15-20% of their body weight.
  • Lowered their risk of cardiovascular disease (heart attack or stroke)
  • General improvement in mental health
Semaglutide with Glycine + B12 has three basic mechanisms of action:
  • Semaglutide with Glycine + B12 slows down your stomach causing you to feel full longer.
  • Semaglutide with Glycine + B12 increases insulin sensitivity, this makes your body more efficient at processing blood sugar
  • Semaglutide with Glycine + B12 helps you leave the clean plate club! It helps patients not feel compelled to finish all the food on their plate.
