Tirzepatide with B12

for Weight Management

In July 2022, a peer-reviewed study evaluated tirzepatide for chronic weight management.
Participants receiving tirzepatide in that clinical trial achieved an average weight reduction of more than 20 percent of their body weight.
These results reflect outcomes from research on FDA-approved formulations of tirzepatide—not on compounded preparations—and illustrate the therapeutic potential of this class of GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists.

Personalized Treatment Approach
At Mobile Care Health, weight management plans are individualized.
Following a licensed medical consultation, providers may prescribe either an FDA-approved GLP-1 medication or a compounded tirzepatide formulation with + vitamin B12, when clinically appropriate and permitted by law.
Compounded formulations are created by state-licensed pharmacies for specific patients when a commercial product is unavailable or unsuitable.
They are not FDA-approved for any indication, and their safety and effectiveness have not been evaluated by the FDA.
All dosing and follow-up are managed under provider supervision to ensure safety and efficacy for each patient.

Potential Benefits Observed in Clinical Research
While individual results vary, research on tirzepatide has shown the following potential effects:

  • Meaningful reductions in body weight through appetite and caloric-intake control

  • Improved glucose regulation and insulin sensitivity

  • Favorable changes in certain cardiometabolic risk factors (e.g., blood pressure, lipids)

  • Reported improvements in energy levels and overall well-being

These findings come from studies of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, not from compounded products.
Your results will depend on multiple factors, including diet, activity, and adherence to your care plan.

How Tirzepatide with B12 Works
Tirzepatide acts on the GLP-1 and GIP receptors to help regulate blood-sugar control and satiety.
When compounded with glycine + vitamin B12, it may:

  1. Slow gastric emptying, helping you feel full longer.

  2. Improve the body’s sensitivity to insulin, supporting balanced blood-glucose levels.

  3. Reduce appetite and support mindful eating behaviors.
